10,000 Hours is Hard But Necessary

A Forbes article on grit, determination, and intelligence describes how perseverance is required to realize higher goals. The core of the message is that anything you want to do is not guaranteed to you, but staying with it can increase the odds in your favor considerably. Given those that are really smart and those that are really dedicated, dedication delivers most of the time. That is why you have to make that commitment and pursue excellence continuously. When you fall, pick yourself backup the next hour or the next day and attempt it again. Eventually, regardless of what you know, exponentially accumulated experience will teach you how how to meet your objectives masterfully.
